"Key codes" are used in g0-phone-book.txt to provide additional
information about persons associated with the experiment.  These
codes are on a line beginning with "*" above a person's entry.  The
codes are separated from the * and each other by spaces.

At the moment, the following codes are defined.

G0	Everyone on this list has this code in case the list is
	merged with another list.
CON	The person is a "contact person" for his associated institution.
INAC	The person is no longer an active participant in the G0 experiment.
	(People with this key are not included in any lists generated
	from the phone book by phone2dis, phone2adr, phone2tex, or
	phone2html)
THEO	The person is a theorist interested in the experiment.
IND	An industry representative or contact (phone2adr and phone2dis
	do not include industry reps in e-mail distribution lists.  phone2tex
	does not include industry reps in the collaboration "author list")
ENG	This person provides engineering (or technical) support
	Note that for the moment, we also include "associate members" in
	this catagory, that is, scientists that work on G0 but who have
	not (yet?) been admitted as full members (also includes undergrads
	at the moment).  Consultants are also included in this catagory
	(phone2tex does not include engineers in the collaboration "author
	list").
ADMN	Lab, department, research group etc. administrative personnel
	(phone2tex does not include administrative personnel in the
        collaboration "author list")
NOL	Not subscribed to the g0-list e-mail server but should be.
	Note that NOL is mutually exclusive with IND and with INAC (those
	should not be on g0-list).
EXEC	Member of the G0 executive committee (including ex-officio members)
FWD	Active ONLY in the forward angle (proton) running
BACK	Active ONLY in the backward angle (electron) running
NOSH	Collaboration member who should not be included in shift calculations
