Another day with good progress ... Have a look !

Change to LH2 was made on Wednesday morning

IHWP was OUT since Friday afternoon
IWHP is IN since Sunday morning

Data taking on LH2 target with 40 uA

8.5 hours of LH2 target parity quality data on tape (runs 19892-19921)

Achievements during this period:

1) Beam at 40 uA.

2) We are running with 6 mm halo target and the rates are in fact
     improving with time and some adjustements (see Halo-improve)

3) IHWP is now IN (IHWP-IN)
    - Moeller measurements (before and after IHWP change)
       (see Moeller)
    - Slope adjustement performed (see NoRIP)

4) Feedback operation and beam parity quality
    - Data continues to look pretty good (see Parity-Quality)

5) 120 Hz are being replayed by the worker (120HzOK)
    - OK, so 120 Hz only every 8 hours.

6) Observed IN+OUT asymmetry for February LH2 data is
    compatible with 0 (see IN+OUT)

7) New Golden values for G0Integrity (see Golden and ADC)

8) New PID cuts implemented (see PID)

9) Coil pulsing data analysis
    - Correction is working fine (Correction)
    - NOTE that if you experience a beam trip during the data taking,
       the data are useless.
    - In order to save time, in case of a trip, keep the run going and
        just restart Gary's script (see Trip-coil)
    - As a clear relation was found, perform the Coil pulsing
       measurement with Halo target OUT (see Coil-and Halo)

10) HV adjustement on 2 NA PMTs (see NA-PMT)

11) Most of the cup and plates as well as silverwares are now
      cleaned during the runs. Thanks.

On a more general basis. Mid-Term plan

1) We will likely change the IHWP state on Tuesday (2/17)
      Make a RIP scan just after, and a Moeller measurement before and after

2) BPM/BCM calibration need to be done every week. Tentative next Wednesday.

3) Fastbus measurement to perform a check of the gain and
    set a reference spectra. Tentative : Tuesday 2/17 after beam development

4) Lumi scan on LH2 (asked by Silviu and Jianglai). After BCM calibration.

Concerns

A) PMT Gain calibration

Need reference spectra before going for months of data taling on LH2
Some PMT already need some adjustements

B) Coil modulation

Small bug to be fixed (resting point is not in the center of the grid (see Coil))

C) Beam trip is hurting us

Rates of about 10 trips/hour (see Trips)
Loss of data is 70s*Ntrip, so about a 20% loss in efficiency
Beam parity is not causing losses (see Efficiency)

D) Some confusion on fastfeedback ... After discussions and inquiries :

Energy lock has to be ON
Position Fastfeedback has to be OFF
