Quite a lot of progress I would say ... Have a look !

Change to LH2 was made on Wednesday morning

IHWP was IN until Friday afternoon

Data taking on LH2 target with 40 uA

5.8 hours of LH2 target parity quality data on tape (runs 19847-19868)

Achievements during this period:

1) Beam at 40 uA.

2) Run plan defined in coordination with Machine people and completed
    - Reduce Halo rates and run the 6 mm halo hole target (6mm)
    - Positions within 0.5 mm of the specifications (BPM)

2) Threshold studies performed
    - NA digit from 7 down to 1
    - French thresholds from 100 mV down to 50 mV

3) Situation back to normal on the French electronics data stream
    and DAQ (disk, network (see Rack))

4) Filtered YO test completed. Runs 19853 and 19854.

5) New IA/PZT automated script available (IntgScript)

6) Energy measurement has been performed (see Energy)

7) Replay of all data to check Feedback convergence
    Pretty convincing and encouraging for the IN (HWP-IN) and OUT (HWP-OUT)

8) 120 Hz data replayed (120Hz)

9) Note on G0Integrity check (G0Integrity)

10) Recovery of data files from last night (Reanalyzed)

On a more general basis. Mid-Term plan

1) We will likely change the IHWP state the next Tuesday (2/17)
      Make a RIP scan just after, and a Moeller measurement before and after

2) We need people to attend the training provided by Dave and Tanja !!!

3) Energy measurements has been performed on Thursday.

4) BPM/BCM calibration typically every week. Next week.

Concerns

A) NA Electronics threshold at 40 uA with LH2

NA data taken at various thresholds (1 to 7 digits)

Results seems to confirm a problem with thresholds with 40 uA beam and Lh2 target

Possible action is to lower the thresholds drastically.
Need more thoughts but decision to be made rapidly.

B) Beam position and halo

After a 4 hours investigation

Conditions similar to last Saturday has been reached again
Need to check stability over the WE

C) FPD 2-14-FL

Need to look at Fastbus data and TED ToF to confirm changes
